Users may choose not to attend a session after registration; however, no monetary refund will be issued in such cases.
In the event that a session is cancelled by Merits Capital due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
